You can fill out our contact form 7 days a week. Our customer service is available from Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. We usually respond within 48 hours.

Our customer service is closed on public holidays in Belgium and on announced bridge days.

For personalized products, you can enter the required information in your shopping cart under ‘Special instructions’. Please check the spelling carefully; we will use the information provided exactly as entered.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Reply to that email with your desired photo. Preferably use a sharp photo of sufficient quality, as an image that is too small or blurry can affect the quality of the final product.

Products in your shopping cart are not automatically reserved. If an item sells out or the price changes before you place your order, the current stock and price at checkout will apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will see what can still be done. Once processed, we may not always be able to make changes.

Yes. Even if your order is still on its way, you can let us know that you wish to cancel the purchase. Go to our contact page and select ‘Cancel / revoke’ from the subject menu.

If the package has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to stop the delivery. In that case, our customer service team will inform you about how to proceed.

At Kattenhoek, you can pay securely using the payment methods offered at checkout, which, depending on the country and availability, may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, and Klarna.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure connections and recognized payment providers. Kattenhoek does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.

For products excluding cat food, the standard shipping costs are €3.95 per order. Orders over €25.00 are shipped free of charge.

Separate rates apply to cat food. Standard shipments cost €5.95 and are free from 10 kg. Express shipments cost €9.95 up to 10 kg and €3.95 from 10 kg.

For shipments excluding cat food, the average shipping time is 3–5 business days. Personalized products have a longer production and processing time and are delivered within an average of 5–9 business days.

Cat food is usually delivered within 2–4 business days with standard shipping or within 1–2 business days with express shipping.

These are average delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates. Due to carrier congestion, holidays, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors, delivery may take longer.

First, check the tracking of your order. Has the estimated delivery date passed or does your package seem to be stuck? Then contact us with your order number. We will check the shipment and contact the carrier if necessary.

For most online purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after receipt. You may inspect and assess the product as you would be able to do in a store. Use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may lead to a reduction in value.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Then use our withdrawal page or contact us. After your withdrawal, you generally have another 14 days to return the product. Use the original packaging wherever possible and follow our return instructions to avoid delays or unnecessary costs.

Products that are manufactured according to your specifications or are clearly personalized are normally excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This does not, of course, affect your statutory rights if the product is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or defective.

Unopened and undamaged packages of cat food can, provided the product falls under the statutory right of withdrawal, be reported for return within the cooling-off period.

For products that can spoil quickly or whose seal has been broken after delivery and which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for being returned, the right of withdrawal may be legally excluded. If in doubt, please contact us.

The direct costs of the return shipment are at your own expense, provided you have been correctly informed about this in advance. We recommend a shipping method with tracking. If available, we can provide a return label; the cost of this may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount due using the same payment method you used to pay, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In the event of a full cancellation, the costs of our standard delivery will also be refunded.

In a purchase agreement, we may suspend the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and the product in question. If possible, attach clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution in accordance with your legal rights.
