Kattenhoek verzendt eco-neutraal!

Sinds 2025 kiest Kattenhoek bewust voor transportpartners die investeren in duurzamere bezorging. In Nederland en België worden steeds meer pakketten in de laatste kilometers naar jouw voordeur bezorgd met elektrische voertuigen, (bak)fietsen of andere fossielvrije alternatieven.

Daarom hoeft het voor ons niet altijd een race te zijn van “vóór 23:59 besteld, morgen in huis”. We kiezen liever voor betrouwbare bezorging via logistieke netwerken die steeds slimmer en duurzamer worden ingericht.

Onze transportpartners blijven hun wagenparken en bezorgnetwerken verduurzamen. Zo wordt een groeiend deel van de pakketten inmiddels uitstootvrij bezorgd en werken verschillende vervoerders toe naar een grotendeels of volledig uitstootvrije last mile.

Iets bewuster onderweg naar jou en je kat. 🐾

The technical issue that affected our shipping confirmations and displayed shipping statuses between August 25 and September 1 has been resolved since September 4. All affected orders and missing shipping data have now been updated.

Only the ‘Delivered’ status may still be updated with a delay, meaning a package that has already been delivered may temporarily still be displayed as ‘In transit’. This does not affect the actual delivery. We are continuing to monitor this. (upd: Sep/04/2026 20:49)

Known delays

During the summer months, your order may sometimes take a little longer to arrive than you are used to. Due to holiday periods and temporary driving bans for heavy goods vehicles in Europe, our transport partners may experience additional congestion.

  • Netherlands: There are currently no (known) delays.
  • Belgium: There are currently no (known) delays.
  • France: There are currently no known general delays. Individual shipments or specific regions may experience occasional delays.
