The toy box is made from high-quality materials that can withstand a lot. The exterior is made of imitation cotton, and the interior is 100% polyester cotton. Received wrong color
I clearly had a grey interior and now this blue thing doesn't fit in at all. It looks solid otherwise, but I'm disappointed that it's blue.

Quality good, cat had to get used to it
The quality is very good, the personalization is beautifully laser-engraved/printed and not just a cheap sticker. The downside is that our tomcat Karel completely ignored it for the first week and preferred to lie on an old newspaper. Absolutely! We specifically considered cats of various sizes during the design process. The material is very sturdy, and the size is spacious enough for even larger breeds (up to around 9 kg) to use it comfortably.
What is the delivery time? I see it's custom-made.

Because we personalize each item with great care and by hand with your cat's name, processing your order takes a little longer than with a standard webshop. On average, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (in both the Netherlands and Belgium). As soon as it has been handed over to the post, you will receive a notification from us.

Yes, that's certainly possible! We recommend wiping the product (or the removable cover) by hand. Let it air dry. This way, the letters will remain the most beautiful and the product will last the longest.
