• Hard surface required: Place the device exclusively on a flat, hard floor. Never use a carpet or mat under the machine, as this will interfere with the accuracy of the weight sensors.
• Clearance all around: Maintain a minimum of 30 cm clear space on all sides (including the top) from walls or furniture. Do not place any objects on top of the machine.
• Type of cat litter: Use only mixed cat litter or tofu litter with short strips (diameter <3mm, length <15mm). Avoid non-clumping litter or too fine bentonite litter to prevent blockages.
• WiFi network: The app requires a stable 2.4GHz WiFi connection (5GHz networks are not supported).
